This week I am putting the finishing touches on my relief society lesson. It is based on the talk, Be Ye Therefore Perfect - Eventually, by Elder Jeffrey R. Holland.
As I have been reading and rereading the talk, I keep thinking about this quote. Strive for progress not perfection. Sometimes we get so caught up (or at least I do) in trying to do and be perfect that we neglect noticing the tremendous progress we have made.
Life isn't suppose to be perfect and neither are we; but we should be continually striving to be better than the person we were yesterday, last week, month, year.
